Outpatient Therapist

Transitions LifeCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Home RN to provide exceptional care to patients and families facing end-of-life situations. The position requires a current NC RN license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The schedule includes 3 shifts per month from 7:00pm-7:30am, with shift differentials offered for weekday nights and weekends.
