Job Duties
Plans, develops and implements professionally competent, comprehensive individual and group treatment programs pelvic floor patients.
Conditions We Treat
• Gap or Tear of an abdominal muscle
• Prolapse of the bladder, rectum, uterus or vaginal vault
• Pregnancy-related or Postpartum pain
• Tailbone Pain
• Overactive bladder
Requirements:
• Two years of pelvic floor rehabilitation experience required
• Pelvic floor certification recommended but not required
• Must have and maintain a current license to practice as a physical therapist issued by the Executive Council of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
