Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for clinicians who love manual therapy or want to develop strong hands-on skills. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with patients, tackle complex cases, and become a leader in evidence-informed, individualized care.


Key Responsibilities

- Deliver skilled outpatient therapy focused on manual interventions.

- Develop and implement customized care plans that go beyond standard exercises.

- Treat patients with vascular disorders, lymphedema, chronic pain, post-surgical needs, and orthopedic dysfunction.

- Collaborate with a growing team passionate about raising the bar in therapy delivery.

- Educate patients on self-care strategies and partner with them for long-term results.


Techniques You'll Use or Learn (Training Provided as Needed):

- Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)

- Joint Mobilization & Manipulation

- Dry Needling

- IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

- Strapping, Taping & Casting

- Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM)

- Traction & Distraction Techniques

- And other evidence-based hands-on methods
