What You'll Do: - Provide outpatient physical therapy services in designated senior living communities
- Evaluate mobility, function, balance, and strength to create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and fall prevention
- Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement and ongoing wellness
- Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure holistic client care
- Document using user-friendly tablet EMR
What You'll Need: - Active Delaware Physical Therapist license
- At least 1 year of recent clinical PT experience
- APTA-accredited degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfort working independently in a community-based setting
