We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about estate planning and has a deep understanding of trusts and probate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to our clients on all aspects of estate planning. This includes the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, and tax planning.
  • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents in accordance with client's needs and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential tax implications and other financial considerations.
  • Assist clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect estate planning and probate laws.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate potential legal risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in estate planning law.
  • In-depth knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and probate law.
  • Exceptional drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
