PPG - Family Medicine, Huntington Stults
- Office Location: Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2001 Stults Rd, Huntington, IN 46750.
- Team: Consists of physicians & advanced practice providers
- Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours with 4 hours administrative time
- Call Requirement: Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquires)
- Inpatient and obstetric practice optional
