Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Outpatient Care Nurse Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced standalone urgent care center. The Outpatient Care Nurse Coordinator will oversee clinical staff, coordinate nursing activities, and manage patient flow to optimize efficiency and service quality. Daily responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver comprehensive care. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
What's Needed to Succeed:
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state
