Key Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue leads.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed findings.
- Present and explain roofing options to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the internal team for project execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- No construction or sales experience required, just a teachable can-do attitude.
- Sales, roofing, or construction experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve personal goals.
- Physical ability to inspect roofs (climbing ladders).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn (training provided).
