Outdoor Structures Sales Representative
Quakertown, PA
- Interact with customers, helping them find the perfect outdoor structure for their home
- Sell high-quality sheds, garages, swing sets, poly outdoor furniture, chicken coops, and more
- Give tours of our retail sales lot to walk-on visitors, sharing the simplicity and beauty of our structures.
- Respond to internet and phone leads promptly & professionally.
- Collaborate with the Production Team on customization requests.
- Generate quotes based on requests and track leads in Method CRM.
- Follow up on quotes via phone and email
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming lot that reflects our commitment to quality.
- Work Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM, Saturday Rotation, 10 AM - 2 PM (one weekday off per week). No Sundays.

We seek an Outdoor Structures Sales Representative to help individuals select the best outdoor structure for their needs. Our Ideal Outdoor Structures Sales Representative:
- Experienced: Experience in customer service and/or sales is required. A background in construction, outdoor living, or automotive sales is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits with a consultative approach.
- Customer-focused: Friendly & professional. Passionate about & dedicated to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions with a high standard of service.
- Organized: Tracks all sales activity from initial contact to final sale, staying focused and efficient while providing timely service.
- Self-motivated: Able to work independently and take full responsibility for all sales activity at our Quakertown lot.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace and/or Office 365. Experience with a CRM is a plus.
- Active: Able to provide tours of the display lot and perform light property maintenance, such as handling trash, removing weeds, and other general upkeep.

- $20-$25 per hour PLUS 0.5% commission on sales
