What You'll Do:
As a Sales Team Member at Samurai Roofing Services, you'll be a key player in growing our residential and commercial roofing and gutter services across Nassau Bay and Houston. If you're a self-driven sales pro with a hunger to earn big, this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Generate leads for property inspections, replacements, installations, and referrals in the Nassau Bay and Houston areas.
- Sales Support: Conduct free property damage inspections and offer thorough assessments.
- Lead Management: Handle company-generated and self-sourced leads professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with property owners, guiding them from initial contact through project completion.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize field technology tools to track sales activities, document damage, create estimates, and close deals.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team that care about your success.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction with every project to generate repeat business and referrals.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Exceed prospecting and sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
- Actively generate new business through leads, referrals, and self-prospecting.
- Perform property inspections, document findings, and assist with insurance claims.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and texts.
- Collect customer payments and work with internal teams on project completion.
