Acer America Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Logistics Coordinator. The Outbound Logistics Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely coordination of outbound shipments, systematic receiving, final destination transfers while balancing internal operations schedules and oversees the domestic ecommerce business with warehouse operations and carrier billing/management.



Responsibilities



Coordinate all outbound shipments of goods from overseas to hubs/ end users, including all documentation, system updates and internal and external communication

Reconcile outbound shipments to POS, shipping company data

Facilitate carrier operations and delivery appointments

Maintain shipment histories and document files

Oversee supplier compliance (pre-notice of shipments, on-time delivery, proper packaging and labeling)

Administrative oversight of LTL/FTL shipments

Work with suppliers to resolve overage/shortage & damage issues and file freight claims

Update management on outbound freight metrics and on KPI

Manage daily ecommerce operations for on time shipping

Reviewing and approving shipping charges with parcel carrier

Troubleshoot mishaps or shortages from warehouse

Daily reports with different channels



Qualifications



At least two years of outbound/inbound logistics experience

Strong record keeping skills

Familiar with MS Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Ability to multitask, respond to rapid change, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
