Outbound Call Center Representative - Pompano Beach, FL (onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pay: $16/hr. plus incentives; expected annual earning of $55K+
Job Summary Our client is an industry-leading company that is looking for an eager Outbound Call Center Representative to join their Surplus Recovery team. This is a fast-growing company that focuses on asset recovery opportunities in the distressed real-estate domain. They are looking for focused individuals who have proven experience working in a call-center environment making a high volume of outbound phone calls, ideally as a fronter / opener. Someone who is also detail-oriented, computer-dexterous, organized, and efficient. The company environment is collaborative, fast-paced and fun. No certificate or license is needed.
Responsibilities: - Rapidly make a high volume of outbound calls and text messages to homeowners, using a pre-provided list of phone numbers and a pre-provided script.
- Get the correct person on the phone, provide a high level introduction, and then transfer the call to the sales team who will then walk through the details of our services and close the deal.
- Occasionally answer inbound phone calls and direct the call towards the appropriate team-mate internally.
- Make updates in the internal software tool with details on the outbound calls made.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a role that requires performing a high volume of outbound phone calls
- A pleasant phone demeanor is required but very sales driven.
- Ability to work in a very focused and diligent manner
- Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn proprietary software
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
