We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Lead to help us grow our customer base of real estate agents. If you're great at explaining new technology, moving fast, and closing small ticket early-stage deals - this is for you. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

We create AI-driven solutions to help consumers and real estate professionals make faster, better decisions. Our first product, HOA Hero, summarizes and explains HOA documents for buyers and agents. Our reports highlight risks, fees, rules, and red flags in minutes - saving agents hours and helping buyers feel confident. Agents love HOA Hero - you'll help us reach more of them.
What You'll Do
- Cold call, message, and follow up with real estate agents across the U.S.
- Quickly explain how HOA Hero works and why it matters
- Handle objections and close deals efficiently (fast sales cycle)
- Track activity, test messaging, and iterate on the pitch
- Collaborate directly with the founding team - your ideas will shape the process
- Nurture prospective brokerages and drive enterprise sales deals
Successful Candidates
- Have 2-5+ years in outbound sales or SDR/AE roles
- Thrive on closing high volume, fast-moving deals
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy
- Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with CRM tools
- Can learn quickly - no real estate experience required
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to real estate agents
- Background in SaaS or proptech
