We are actively seeking talented individuals for the following Full-Time Regular positions in Panama City, Florida: Registered Nurses (RNs) - Multiple Opportunities Across Various Specialties: Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) RN: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Progressive Care Unit (PCU/IMCU) RN: Coordinate and deliver specialized care to pre- and post-operative patients, advocating for an unparalleled patient experience. Requires 1 year of recent acute care PCU experience (ER or 3 years recent Med-Surg experience considered). Emergency Room (ER) RN: Deliver dynamic nursing care to patients of all ages, from minor injuries to critical illnesses, in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1+ years of recent acute care RN experience. Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) RN: Provide professional nursing care in our expanding freestanding emergency department, ensuring quality care and optimal patient outcomes. Requires 3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience. Imaging Professionals: MRI Technologist: Perform MRI procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. CT Technologist: Conduct CT scans, applying ionizing radiation to detect pathology and manage images in PACS. 1 year of CT experience is preferred (acute care experience is not required for the main hospital, but is needed for FSED opportunities). Nursing Leadership: Manager of Med-Surg RN: Lead and support our Med-Surg nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing resources effectively, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Requires recent acute care RN leadership experience (2-3 years Supervisor/Manager level). Director of Med-Surg RN: Provide strategic leadership for the Med-Surg unit, driving excellence in patient care, managing operations, and fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications (vary by position, but generally include): Relevant nursing degree or diploma (ADN, BSN preferred for some roles). Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start (compact license acceptable for RN roles with specific timelines). Relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NCI may be required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe). Specific experience requirements as outlined for each role above. For leadership roles, demonstrated leadership and management experience in an acute care setting. For imaging roles, relevant technical certifications (ARRT, CRT) and knowledge of procedures and equipment. Salary Ranges (Based on Experience): RN (Med-Surg, PCU, ER, FSED): $26.40 - $39.60 per hour Manager of Med-Surg RN: $90,000 - $106,000 annually Director of Med-Surg RN: $105,000 - $125,000 annually (plus eligibility for a 15% annual bonus incentive) CT Technologist: $27.17 - $36.15 per hour
