Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Range: $45k-50kDOE) Key Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable payments via checks, ACH, wires, and credit cards Verify daily customer invoice posting and ensure accuracy in clearing accounts Review invoices for taxation and overall accuracy Process credit memos and distribute monthly customer statements Contact customers with delinquent accounts and track debt collection efforts in X3 Follow up with internal teams to resolve customer disputes affecting payments Monitor and adjust credit holds as needed Assess creditworthiness of new customers and assist in financing arrangements Support expense administration and reporting Cross-train with the Financial Accounting team on bank reconciliations, AR/AP processing, and tax activities Assist the Controller with additional accounting and clerical tasks Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, with a track record of DSO improvements Strong spreadsheet skills (including VLOOKUP & pivot tables) Experience with QuickBooks and Sage (preferred) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with minimal supervision required Benefits Available on Day One.
