• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-15:00
• On Call: 24/7
• Clinic Days: 3-5 per week

• Telehealth: Yes
• Procedure/OR Days: Friday
• Job Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour call coverage for ER and post-op patients. Perform ENT-related surgeries and support clinic volume
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support: 2:1
• Ancillary staff per Provider: 2:1
• Procedures offered: Ear cleaning, post-op care, acute needs, and full-time audiologist on site
• Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 3 plus procedure rooms
• Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 15-25
• Appointment Length: 15-minute durations
• Demographics: Males, Females Adults. Metro, plus rural
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active IA License or Active IMLC (LOQ)
• Fellowship Trained (ENT)
• Must be experienced
• Must be available full time
