Active and unrestricted Texas license or IMLC required
Board Certification required
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Certifications required, Fellowship preferred
Required Skills: General Otolaryngology/ENT, Surgical, Endoscopic procedures, Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy, Flexible, Rigid, Laryngoscopy
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient (seeking clarification from client about exact outpatient/inpatient schedule needed)
Volume: Clinic Patients per day: 25
Facility Details: EMR: Athena/Medhost, Credentialing Timeline: 90 days, Level 3 Trauma Facility
Support Staff: RN: 1, MA: 1
