We are currently looking for a BC/BE otolaryngology physician with partnership aspirations to join our private practice in Santa Cruz, CA , within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group.
- Join a collaborative team of 3 board certified ENT physicians, 2 audiologists, 1 speech pathologist, 1 hearing instrument specialist, and a tenured support staff that help ensure operational efficiency .
- Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, and we perform our surgical procedures at local hospitals and our ambulatory surgery center.
- One of our physicians is fellowship-trained in head & neck surgery and we are happy to accommodate other fellowship-trained physicians with subspecialty interests . In particular, there is a notable need for facial plastics surgeons in our community.
- We cover ENT call at Dominican Hospital on a 1:8 week basis, and typically only consult on 1-2 patients per week in-person, making our call obligations exceptionally light and affording our physicians ample work-life balance .

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $350,000 to $400,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
