Otolaryngology Physician

Opportunity Highlights

• General ENT practice with optional focus areas (Sialo endoscopy, Sleep, Otology, etc.)
• Immediate full patient panel and surgical volume
• 3-4 days/week in clinic + 1-1.5 days/week in the OR

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $350,000-$400,000 (depending on experience)
• Earning potential: $600,000-$800,000+
• Partnership track: 18-24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables
• Ancillary revenue: Audiology, allergy, ASC income, and real estate investment options
• Relocation assistance and $25,000 commencement/retention bonus

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Call & Schedule

• Light weekend call-1 weekend per month during year one
• No mandatory hospital call (covered separately by hospital-employed ENT team)
• Supportive and collaborative call rotation among partners
