Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Otolaryngology Physician to work locum shifts in Kearney Nebraska (NE). Starting in July 2025 or as soon as credentialing is complete, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The ENT role:
- Setting: Level II Trauma Center bed hospital
- Duties: Cover ENT call coverage and come in when requested by our trauma/ED Physicians
- Required Procedures: Adenoidectomy, Audiogram, lump/tumor removal, tonsillectomy
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Anesthesia, CRNA, Surgery Dept.
- Reason for Coverage: We are losing one of our ENT Providers and will only have 2 left in the group to take call. We are required to have 24/7 ENT coverage to maintain our Level II Trauma center status.
- Dealbreakers: Must be board certified
Requirements:
- NE state license; active, unrestricted or IMLC
- Board Eligible or Certified Otolaryngology
- DEA
- ATLS and BLS
