  • Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position in a well-established health system
  • Team Composition:
  • - Join a collegial team of 8 physicians, 10 APPs, and 10 audiologists - Includes fellowship-trained Head & Neck Surgeons and Complex Pediatric ENT specialists
  • Clinical Scope:
  • - 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient care - Interest in Otology preferred but not mandatory
  • Call Schedule:
  • - Weekday call for own patients - Weekend call 1:10 - ER call 1:14

  • Qualifications
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in General ENT
  • Medical License (MD/DO) in the State of Michigan
  • DEA Registration in Michigan upon hire
  • Certifications:
  • - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required by specialty Essential Functions
  • Provide quality medical services to patients in a cost-effective and appropriate manner
  • Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients/significant others
  • Offer input on policies and procedures related to medical practice and quality patient care
  • Oversee Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other delegated service providers
  • Document care consistent with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement and clinical pathway development
