- Must be either Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible and working towards board certification within 3 years
- Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred
- Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
- 4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
- 20-25 patients per day in the clinic, with 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups
- EPIC documentation system/EMR
- Quick start is preferred
- Open to new graduates through 2025, expected to become Board Certified within 3 years
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Not open to Locum candidates
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job/s
- Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
- Not open to 1099 candidates

- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification within 3 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology - REQUIRED
- CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED
- Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (note in "Experience" field) - PREFERRED
- Available to start before December 2024 - PREFERRED
