Optigy is representing a thriving health system in Northwest & Central Ohio seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-established and growing practice. Practice Highlights:
• Comprehensive subspecialty support including Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and more
• Onsite audiology team: 3 Audiologists, 2 Audiology Techs
• APPs take primary call; physicians provide backup only
• 24-hour in-house Hospitalist service for ER admissions and medical management
• Dedicated OR block time at three surgical locations
• Average clinic volume: 25-30 patients/day
• Typical schedule: 3 clinic days / 2 OR days weekly (customizable by provider)
• Full range of ENT procedures - perform the cases you love
• Access to four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with table motion integration
• Strong administrative support with local decision-making authority
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $515,000 - $650,000 (based on experience and training)
• Bonuses: wRVU bonus, Sign-on bonus

Ideal Candidate:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Open to residents, fellows, and experienced physicians
• Must reside locally (or relocate); not open to locums, visa, or 1099 candidates
