- On Call: 2-3 days a week with some weekend coverage, especially during the week of ENT coverage.
- One week per month of coverage needed.

- Patient Care Responsibilities: Clinic and procedure areas, as well as call coverage.
- Physicians in Practice: 5.
- Advanced Practice Providers: 1 (no APP supervision required).
- Nursing Support: 1 nurse per physician.
- Ancillary Support: 1.8 per provider.
- Services/Procedures: Comprehensive ENT procedures for adults and pediatric patients.
Census/Volume: - Clinic Volume: 24 patients per day.
- Appointment Length: 10 minutes per appointment.
- Patient Demography: Adults and pediatrics.
