• Support Staff: MA, Nursing, Audiologists

• Required Procedures:
- Bread and butter ENT
- Ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat
- Peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc.)

• Beds in the Dept: 210

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active IL License or IMLC

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

• DEA/CSR
