Otolaryngology Locum Needed

•  Requirements: Board Certified, Active NY License (also prefers active PA license as well).
•  Schedule: 8a-5p clinic Monday - Friday, with call 2 - 3 days/week. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Please see below for additional job details:
•  Typically, 1-1.5 days per week in OR
•  Patients per Day: 12-16
•  Full scope ENT
•  Must be comfortable with trauma/facial trauma as they do take call for that
•  EMR: EPIC
•  Will accept someone with only an actvie NY license, but must be open to obtaining and PA license as well
