Schedule : Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM; 36 patient contact hours/week
Duration : Ongoing
Location : Des Moines (hospital), Clive (clinic)

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active IA license or IMLC

- Ability to handle high-volume outpatient clinic
