Position Overview:We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join our team. Specialty training in Neurotology or Rhinology is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and eager to contribute to a growing practice with a reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of otolaryngology conditions.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures in-office and hospital settings.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff.
- Maintain strong patient relationships and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Participate in practice development, including community outreach and educational initiatives.
Qualifications:- Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Otolaryngology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Fellowship training in Neurotology or Rhinology is a plus but not required.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in California.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
