Southwest Ohio ENT Specialists, Inc., a well-established, physician-owned private practice based in the Miami Valley, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BC/BE otolaryngologist to join our growing team. With 12 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners across 6 offices, we offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.
With the recent retirement of one of our Otology/Neuro-otology physicians and the relocation of another, we are particularly interested in a fellowship trained Otologist/Neuro-otologist or a generalist with an interest in Otology.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role involves providing comprehensive ENT care to pediatric and adult patients, including diagnostic assessments, medical treatments, and surgical procedures. As a key member of our practice, the Otolaryngologist will collaborate with other specialists to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a supportive and innovative environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a broad range of ENT conditions in pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and preventative care.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certification
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
Licensure
- Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
