Responsibilities : - Analyze and evaluate complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Utilize GIT for version control and collaboration on code and documentation. - Implement data processing and analysis solutions using Spark and Python. - Leverage AWS services to design and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress, addressing any issues or roadblocks. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. - Ensure that all solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. - Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed. -Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong technical background. - Demonstrate expertise in GIT for version control and collaboration. - Have hands-on experience with Spark for data processing and analysis. - Show proficiency in Python for developing data-driven solutions. - Have experience with AWS services for designing and deploying cloud-based solutions. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Show a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time. - Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies. - Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. - Hold a relevant certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar. 9.
