The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in BDD, Java, and Selenium. This hybrid role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. 3.Experience : 6to10Yrs 4.Required Skills : ,Selenium,Java,BDD 5.Nice to have skills : 6.Technology : -Not Applicable 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects. - Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using BDD, Java, and Selenium. - Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business needs. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and technical specifications. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. - Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. - Support the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies. - Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members as needed. - Utilize BDD, Java, and Selenium to create and execute automated test scripts. -Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in BDD, Java, and Selenium. - Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports. - Have experience working in a hybrid work model. - Be able to work effectively during day shifts. - Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. - Have a track record of successfully delivering projects on time. - Show the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. - Possess a strong understanding of software development life cycle. - Have experience with automated testing tools and techniques. 9.Job Location : Primary :USNCCHRC01 Charlotte - NC USA, CLT/RMT Alternate : , 10.Job Type : 60CW00 Business Associate 11.Demand Requires Travel? : N 12.Certifications Required : NA 13.Work Model : Hybrid 14.Sub Contractor allowed : Y
