We are seeking a motivated and results-driven City Salesman with OTCG experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong network of industry contacts. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services within an assigned city territory, helping us expand our customer base and boost market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit current and prospective customers to promote products and close sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a field-based or outside sales role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or education in sales is a plus)
- Must have a current list of reportable contacts relevant to the OTCG industry
Working Conditions:
- Field-based position requiring frequent local travel within the assigned city
- May require occasional evening or weekend availability to meet customer needs
