OT Occupational Therapist

Seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist for a care center in Herkimer, PA. Responsibilities include planning and administering therapy for residents with disabilities, following care plans, providing clinical support to patients and families, monitoring progress, and completing required documentation.
•  Valid occupational therapy license and BS degree required
•  Knowledge of therapy principles and ADL evaluation tools
•  Experience as an occupational therapist preferred
