Position Specific DescriptionAs a OT Cybersecurity Manager, you will manage the cybersecurity operations for Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will develop cybersecurity strategies and procedures to protect OT systems and networks from cyber threats that align with the existing Enterprise Cybersecurity Program and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, align, and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies for OT environments and integrations with existing technology environments
- Align with safety culture, and resilience requirements of Industrial Control Systems operations
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, and operations teams to ensure the security and integrity of OT and ICS systems.
- Develop meaningful design requirements and product specifications to manage security risk, adhering to best practice, including: ISA standards, PERA/Perdue model specifications, and NIST standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Lead briefings, develop/report important OT cybersecurity metrics, and work on financial operational tasks.
- Manage team ensuring, accurate, and successful execution of goals and projects.
- Proven ability to manage people and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and managing vulnerabilities in OT environments.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and maintenance management concepts
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and network security domains.
- Knowledge of common OT network protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, DNP3, ICCP, etc.
- Strong background in diverse engineering and production (factory, plant, etc.) environments.
- Related IT experience with a thorough understanding of its integration and interaction with OT systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the unique security challenges faced by OT environments.
- Project management experience guiding cross-functional teams to support security initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with SCADA systems, including their security challenges and best practices for securing these critical infrastructure components.Position required to focus on Advanced Metering, PGD, NEM SCADA, E&C practices, and Distributed Generation projects, standards and requirements.
- Position will develop a program to instill general cybersecurity practices across less regulated generation, renewables, and other industrial controls related fleets.
- Position will coordinate assessments and remediation of assessment findings in coordination with engineering areas. Position will collaborate with business leaders and build Cybersecurity Informed Engineering practices in new development projects.
- Position will represent cybersecurity in audits, and external agreements on the quality of controls for site specific cybersecurity plans.
