Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Experience defending employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans
2. Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions
3. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
4. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
5. Proven track record in defense litigation.
6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
