Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity
A 68-bed acute care hospital in Texas is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a role blending clinical and surgical responsibilities. Experience a varied case mix, including sports medicine and general orthopedics, with strong referral support and a collaborative team environment.
Practice Setting
- Join a well-established orthopedic team consisting of one orthopedic surgeon, one surgical physician assistant, and a shared clinical nurse practitioner
- Located at a state-of-the-art clinic featuring 15 exam rooms, on-site imaging, and outpatient physical therapy
- Private physician offices included
- Access to ROSA robotic system for knee and hip surgeries
Schedule
- 4.5-day workweek to support a balanced schedule
- Flexible Fridays available
- Low-volume call schedule with a 1:3 rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary of $500,000-$600,000 with total compensation potential of $700,000-$1,000,000 annually
- Signing bonus of up to $75,000
- Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance
- Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
