Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
- Competitive Salary: $625,000 guaranteed for the first 12 months
- Productivity-Based Compensation: Competitive salary model post-first year; specialty doctors have exceeded their initial guarantee
- Quality Bonus: Additional quality bonus opportunity after reaching guarantee
- Investment Opportunity: Option to invest in the Evansville Surgery Center, a joint venture with Deaconess and community surgeons
