A physician-led regional health system in Northern California is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established practice and replace a retiring surgeon. Located just 2-3 hours from San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite. Mix of Total Joints (Anterior Hips Ideal) + Bread-and-Butter Ortho. Step into an established, high-producing practice. Hospital Employee . Mako Robot on-site with second robot being added. Year 1 Earnings: $841,000+ (Including Incentives + Call). $126K+ Annual Call Pay (7 days/month, $1,700/day).
