Coverage Needed:

• May 22, 2025 - ongoing
• Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
  • clinic days are 2-4 hours a week for surgical follow-ups
  • urgent needs for May for call ongoing

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
• Call: Beeper call
• EMR System: MEDHOST
• Admissions required
• Trauma Level: 3
• Rounding Patients: assigned and unassigned

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Fellowship: Required
• Must be licensed in AZ or IMLC
• Certifications: ATLS required
• Clean history for early dates
