- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Shifts: Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- On-call Hours: 7 AM - 7 AM
- Open to alternate work weeks: Yes
- Open to 2 weeks on/2 weeks off split coverage: Yes
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Submissions Requirements
- Active KY license or IMLC
- Board Certified or eligible
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Fellowship: 3
Skill Requirements
- Arthroscopy
- Total Joint Replacement: Hip, Knee, Other
- Joint Revision or Repair: Shoulder, Hip, Knee, Other (Preferred)
- Tendon Release/Repair
- General Orthopedics: Total Joints, Fractures, Carpal Tunnels, Arthroscopies
