- Seeking a quality general or sports medicine orthopedic surgeon
- Provide ankle, back, elbow, foot, fracture care, hand, hip, joint replacement, knee, neck, physician medicine and rehabilitation, shoulder and wrist services.
- Private independent single specialty orthopedic group
- Must be board certified/eligible

Hospital has recently invested over $12 million to expand its surgical capabilities including four, state-of-the-art operating rooms and the facility boasts an 11-bed, CARF accredited, inpatient rehab facility, ranked in the top 10% of IPR facilities in the country.
