• Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner OR hold a bachelor's degree or higher in biomedical sciences
• 5+ years of experience in orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal medicine, Trauma surgery or foot/ankle or hips/knees/shoulders
• Strong teaching skills and experience developing training materials
