In 2016, hospital underwent a multi-million-dollar transformation to update its facilities and provide a major expansion of its medical staff and services.
Hospital is home to Heart and Vascular Institute and now includes new or expanded services such as: critical care medicine, pulmonology, inpatient rehabilitation, urology, and general, bariatric, plastic, orthopaedic, and vascular surgery. Teaching hospital as a core training site for general surgery residents.
