This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Intelligence Community. As a change management consultant, you'll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop change strategies, efficiency tools, such as Tableau or SharePoint. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. You Have: 4 + years of experience working with leadership or project management in a professional or military environment
Experience with designing and implementing business strategies within the intelligence community
Experience with e nga ging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients
Ability to create and present senior-level briefings and reports
Ability to c ond uct research and analysis on industry best practices, including implementation of business processes in a mission e nvironment
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Psychology or Social Science field Nice If You Have: Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
Ability to thi nk critically, using logic and reasoning to help identify a lternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, including utilizing visuals
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
