Job description:
- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals and ServiceNow implementation objectives.
- Design and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate the purpose, approach, and benefits of change.
- Collaborate with project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and create mitigation strategies.
- Lead the design and execution of training and enablement programs to ensure employee readiness.
- Identify and manage resistance using proven change management frameworks and data-driven analysis.
- Build stakeholder engagement plans and foster a strong network of change champions across the organization.
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve change strategies to maintain momentum.
- Provide coaching to leaders and managers to help them guide their teams through change effectively.
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organizational culture, goals, and employee experience.
