Organization Manager/STIM with Security Clearance

Description of Duties: The EWS (Engineering Web Services) Organization Manager/STIM (Stakeholder, Task, and Integration Manager) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: Ensure and report overall task order (TO) performance, cost, schedule, and mission success.
Be the TO point of contact responsible for interfacing with MDA and TO stakeholders and customers throughout the TO life cycle
Provide on-the-ground communications and coordination, advocate for TO priorities, and perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.
Ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the STIMs, Department Directors, and TO requirements, scheduling, and resources.
Internally coordinate and integrate across the contract with the Jacobs Team Department Directors to identify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assigned TOs.
Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools. The successful candidate will be able to: Demonstrate insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and potential organizational realignment to accommodate altered service models.
Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization.
Make judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload.
Address complex challenges and drive forward despite setbacks.

Qualifications : Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 12 years of general experience; Master's degree and 10 years of general experience. Must have 8 years of directly related experience
Must have 5 years of management or leadership experience
Must have, or be able to obtain within 6 months, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements: 10 years or more of experience working within corporate IT and/or Missile Defense Agency/DoD
Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
IT background including cloud computing and virtualization
Experience in support of IT customer experience and requirements delivery
Experience with modeling and simulation environments
Experience with contracts/proposals
Experience using Agile Methodologies in and IT environment
Experience with Earned Value Management, budgeting and financial management
