Oregon Regional Manager

Location: Salem, OR
Salary: $185,000- $225,000 Base Salary+ Bonus(s)

Position Overview: This leading general contractor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oregon Regional Manager to join their team in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence and ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all regional operations, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance and financial metrics to ensure profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong background in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
