Order Selector

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as an Order Selector. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule

4-Day work week - start time is 4:30pm until finished 10-hour shifts + mandatory OT as needed
You will have every Friday and Saturday off
You will be scheduled to work Sunday and Thursday
The remaining two scheduled days and one unscheduled day will be determined by business needs
Must be able to work Monday-Thursday first week for training.

Pay

$18:50 per hour. Incentive pay after training allows dedicated Order Selectors to earn on average $30 per hour.

Responsibilities

Maneuver a rider pallet jack and pallet jack through the warehouse.
Build a safe and neat pallet of products to be delivered to the customer.
Locate products (cases, boxes, and bags) according to the efficient organization system of our warehouse.
Work in compliance with company standards of accuracy, product safety, labeling, and OSHA food and safety standards.

Required

Must be 18 years of age.
Work in a fast-paced team environment.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Inspect and minor maintenance of the equipment.
Must complete pre-employment physical agility test.
Match stickers/labels to the items and perform simple math.
Work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28-38, and Dry ambient temps).
