Order Processor/ Inside Sales

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an Order Processor/ Inside Sales position for a Window Distribution company located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.

Duties:

-Prepare detailed quotes and proposals based on customer requests, product specifications, and pricing guidelines.

-Accurately enter sales orders into the system and ensure completeness and compliance with company policies.

-Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, pricing, delivery timelines, and any other quote/order-related information.

-Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

-Track and follow up on outstanding quotes and convert them into orders where applicable.

-Resolve customer inquiries or issues related to quotes and orders in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive support.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.

- Fast-paced office environment.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in a window distribution center is preferred but NOT required.
