This is a TEMP assignment for up to 3 months, possibly could go longer though if needed.


Key Responsibilities: Process and manage EDI orders independently with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines. Retrieve and validate purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation for seamless processing. Monitor daily EDI transactions, including order acknowledgments, shipping notices, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer. Liaise with 3PL partners to coordinate shipments, maintain delivery schedules, and ensure proper order fulfillment. Track and validate order details, ensuring correct information is transferred to distribution partners and addressing discrepancies proactively. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, including transmission errors, mapping problems, and integration failures, in collaboration with IT teams. Monitor shipment status and coordinate with 3PL partners and Customer Service teams to resolve fulfillment or logistics issues. Serve as the central point of contact for order processing inquiries, facilitating clear communication between internal teams and external partners. Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance order automation and streamline workflow efficiency. Provide timely updates to management regarding operational anomalies, fraud risks, or critical concerns requiring escalation. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualification: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience with EDI systems and order processing workflows 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, eCommerce, or related field. Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
